The team makeup and grasta setup that I use as my go-to for boss content.
TLDW (Too long, didn't watch description): Iphi for perma-pain and poison. Radias AS with a ton of HP boosts for Overpower spam and once any zone is set, work in Prominence Purge for hp/mana regen. Jet Shion with pain grastas to set magic zone, tweak weaknesses if needed, and awaken zone setting. Alma with pain grastas to barrier-pierce bosses to death. Backup characters are rarely subbed in, but Eva is there to set magic zone if something happens to Shion, and Flamme has Neptune ready as a backup to Alma.
Disclaimer: I am a casual player. I don't have the most awesome characters or great gear (though I do have more than the average player, I believe). I do not claim that I am playing in the most optimal way, and in fact I'm pretty sure there's a lot better way I can be using my characters than what I'm doing here. I'm having fun with the game fumbling around as best I can, and I just want to share ideas and tips, so please enjoy.
