Reports say he was hit by five bullets and later succumbed to his injuries in a private hospital. The incident has created an atmosphere of fear in the city. Oboray’s wife had contested the municipal elections on an AAP ticket, and he was close to Rajwinder Kaur Thiada, in-charge of the Cantt constituency. Police have launched an investigation.
