Ans:- Yes , Since ppl think him as a more top laner champ and they usually focus more on the top lane itself. They don't realise that even in Jungle he is a very strong champ against and almost every Og Jungle champ. It is very well suited for a well-experienced Jungler who has seen every possible outcome of the games and can quickly make decisions with jax Jungle and carry.
I strongly recommend this Champ in mid and low elo for insta Climbs. I've climbed it myself and got out of Low elo two years ago with Jax Jungle
