Took a first-time bike on the Applegate Trail in Bentonville Arkansas. Then rode along 8th Street to check out the construction progress of the 8th Street Gateway Park. The Applegate Trail is an easy to access bike and walking trail but is rather steep in spots. This is a good trail for an intermediate or experienced rider. Also, there are some nice views on this busy trail that are worth stopping at.
The 8th Street Gateway Park is still under construction, but progress is moving along. It seems that only a few months ago that there was nothing on the land but now the park is starting to take shape.
