Being able to play jazz minor scales on guitar is essential to your playing.

In this tutorial I'll show you 8 Minor Jazz Scales to play over A minor chord.
We gonna go through all these Minor Scales analyze them and check the differencies. Often there is just one tone difference between two minor scales.

I'll also demonstrate each scale by teaching you A minor jazz licks for guitar. That way you can hear the distinct sound qualities of each A minor jazz scale guitar lick and you'll add some great sounding A Minor Jazz Guitar Licks to your lick library.

Most of these scales are actually Guitar scale modes. They have a mother scale, but are played on a different scale degree with different focus tones. The tensions make for the different timbre of each of theose A minor jazz guitar scales.
