💡 Cervical Muscle Strain 💡
Cervical muscles helps you to bend, twist or extend your neck. Cervical muscle strain happens when one of the muscle in your neck get overstretched or torn.
It happens often from a repetitive activity, high velocity sports activities, or whiplash. While Cervical muscle strain is very common, you can simply speed up recovery by following these few steps. Try to Avoid complete bed rest and stay active.
Make sure Avoid stretching your neck, strained muscle does not like stretch. Using heat or ice daily can hugely help with the pain.
In addition, doing gentle strengthening exercises can be really helpful. Last but not least, avoid activities that aggravates your pain.
