Juicy, cheesy, and packed with protein 🍔✨ This keto turkey burger is the perfect high protein meal for weight loss, glucose control and better sleep.
This recipe makes about 2–3 servings.
You’ll need:
🦃 300g / 10.5 oz ground turkey
🍳 1 egg
🌰 2 tablespoons almond flour
🧅 1 shallot, finely chopped
🧂 salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
How to make it:
Mix everything together in a bowl and form burger patties. Fry on a hot pan for about 7–8 minutes on one side, then flip and cook until fully done.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
Serve with avocado flatbread or your favourite keto buns, along with lettuce, tomato and a touch of burger sauce.
