Описание: This video is about photosynthesis and covers the AP Biology lab "What factors affect the rate of photosynthesis in living leaves". This lab is commonly called Floating Leaf Disk Assay. This lab fits into the AP Biology curriculum in Unit 3: Cellular Energetics, under 3.5 Photosynthesis. It can also be adjusted and scaled for non-AP Biology classes as well as middle school classes.

I've gone through the details of the lab and presented part one and part two. This will hopefully serve as a good introduction and primer for teachers and students. Teachers can also use this video and its companion (linked above) to help teach this important lab and its related concepts.
