Описание: An experiential learning activity on Perimeter and Area was conducted for the students to help them understand the concepts through the “learning by doing” method. Students actively measured different objects in and around the classroom such as desks, tables, books, blackboards, and even the playground ground using measuring tapes and rulers. They calculated the perimeter by finding the total boundary of the objects and determined the area by measuring the length and breadth and applying the correct formulas. Working in groups, they recorded their measurements, performed calculations, and verified their answers, which helped them connect mathematical concepts to real-life situations.
