“We all have black boxes in our cars that, you know, maintain whatever the last five seconds of driving. They can provide pretty detailed information about the event of a crash. But obviously, if cars have sensors and they have cameras in place, they can collect a lot more information about you. And then, you know, the question is, if your car manufacturer has access to it, is it the fact that if you're liable, they'll use the data against you. If they made a mistake, oh, well, maybe you'll get access to that to prove that.”

“How these work, we're not storing the video. What we do is every video frame, we process that frame and get as much information out of it as we can, then we delete it. Some car makers might want to choose to store it. We sort of put that on them. That's not something we do. We do try and keep that private.”
