What location do you want to trade at. Do your research and know the footfall. Get permission from the land owner or local council.

Choose the right type of cart for you. Vintage Van? Cool but will it keep breaking down? Trailer, caravan, horse box?

Once these three are ticked off set yourself a deadline to be up and running to keep the momentum up.
