How do I make the Handle on this Butter Dish?

Описание: In this video I show you how to make a butter dish from clay in two parts on the wheel. I make the top without the handle upside down and then make the base.

This is pretty straight forward, but then I show you how to throw a handle on the lid once the lid is leather hard and trimmed. This makes the handle look more like part of the lid, not an addition. Of course make it bigger and you have a cheese dish!
