Dried prawns - 1cup washed and clean
Coconut half 🥥 150gm
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1teaspoon
Coriander seeds - 2teaspoon
Garlic -4 to 5 no
Ginger - small 1/2inch
Green chilli - 2 no
Onion - 1no
Tomato - 1no
Curry leaves few
Dried mango - 2 to 3 no chopped
Tamarind - lemon size boll in warm water
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar or jaggery optional
