Chocolate Bread Samosa

Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 4
Milk 1/4 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chocolate Bread Samosa:
Bread slices as required
Water (for brushing) as required
Milk chocolate (chopped) as required
Prepared egg mixture
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Coating Mixture:
Caster sugar 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp

Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla essence and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Chocolate Bread Samosa Preparation:
2. Take a bread slice and remove its edges. Now flatten it with a rolling pin.
3. Cut it into 2 triangular pieces. Take 1 piece and brush water on its edges. Make samosa shape by joining the edges together.
4. Fill in the milk chocolate and seal the water brushed edges properly to make samosa.
5. Now dip it in egg mixture and coat in bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry until crispy and golden in color. Your Chocolate Bread Samosa is ready.
Directions for Coating mixture Preparation:
7. In a bowl add caster sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix it well.
8. Coat the preared chocolate samosa in this mixture and serve.
