Описание: (CAT) Quatre bisbalencs jubilats i un membre dels GRAE vam emprendre aquest octubre del 2025 el repte dels “Tres passos” al Nepal, un dels trekkings més exigents de la regió de l’Everest. Durant tres setmanes vam recórrer els senders a la vora del 5.000 m del Khumbu enmig d’un paisatge impressionant i castigat per neu fora de temporada. Malgrat les inclemències del temps i l’altitud, el grup va assolir quasi tots els objectius, coronant miradors com el Gokyo Ri i el Kala Patthar, amb vistes majestuoses a l’Everest, el Lhotse i l’Ama Dablam.

(CAS) Cuatro bisbalenses jubilados y un miembro del Grupo de Rescate emprendimos este octubre del 2025 el reto de los “Tres pasos” en Nepal, uno de los trekkings más exigentes de la región del Everest. Durante tres semanas recorrimos los senderos cerca del 5.000 m del Khumbu en medio de un paisaje impresionante y castigado por nieve fuera de temporada. A pesar de las inclemencias del tiempo y la altitud, el grupo logró casi todos los objetivos, coronando miradores como el Gokyo Ri y lo Kala Patthar, con vistas majestuosas en el Everest, el Lhotse y el Ama Dablam.

(ENG) Four retired bisbalencs (Catalònia) and one Search and Rescue (SAR) worker undertook this October 2025 the challenge of the “Three steps” in Nepal, one of the most demanding trekkings in the Everest region. For three weeks we walked the trails on the edge of the Khumbu 5000 m in the middle of an impressive landscape and punished by snow out of season. Despite the inclement weather and altitude, the group achieved almost all objectives, crowning viewpoints such as the Gokyo Ri and the Kala Patthar, with majestic views of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam.
