A mere month later, Deerhoof made headlines when they announced their departure from Spotify, pulling their music from the platform in the face of the streaming platform CEO's very open, shady dealings. They've since followed up with canning Facebook and Amazon too for similar reasons, the band never afraid to stand up for what they believe in.
