Although our beautiful 126-acre country campus may first attract you, it’s our caring, committed and dedicated staff that makes the Brothers of Mercy special. Each Brothers of Mercy caregiver is required to meet rigorous educational and professional standards to provide the best possible service for every individual in our care. In addition to educational requirements, our staff boasts exceptional longevity – many of our employees have been with us for five, ten, twenty…some even over 40 years! All in all, Our more than 400 employees work as integrated team to tailor a program specific to each resident’s needs and our multi-disciplinary approach to resident care involves the expertise of specialists in areas such as Nursing, Therapy, Social Work, Nutrition and Activities.

Maintaining resident independence is very important in the skilled nursing setting, and we are proud to offer physical, occupational and speech therapy for all residents if the need arises. Our therapy staff routinely rounds on all units, monitors resident activity, and will create an individualized therapy program based on each resident’s needs. In addition, our interdisciplinary care team ensures that all residents have individualized plans of care developed to identify their strengths as well as develop goals to enhance their functional mobility. As a result, Brothers of Mercy residents can improve their quality of life and adjust to living as independently and safely as possible.
