After graduating from Wharton Business School, Yao Yao is working as an entrepreneurial and leadership coach. When it comes to leadership, we often come up with words like “strong” and “tough”. However, she shared with us her view that frailty is actually another kind of leadership.
Leadership is built by accepting our frailty and becoming tenacious rather than by being better. The truly brave are neither “the ignorant fearless” nor “the fearless newborn”. Instead, they dare to confront challenges even they feel afraid. Only by accepting our frailty can we improve our leadership. - 沃顿商学院
