For Siddu Dough:
Whole wheat flour - 3 cup
Lukewarm water - 1/2 cup
Instant yeast - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
For Siddu filling:
Walnut (akhrot) - 1 cup
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
(Khas-khas)
Black pepper - 7-8 nos
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Galic - 7-8 cloves
Onion - 1 large
Green chilli - 2-3
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
