Back Blasted Stage Carved Award with IKONICS Imaging

In this video, we walk through stencil production with R4 series film on the Quick Image exposure unit, washout in the Aqua Blast Elite Auto Washout Unit, and proper drying before application. You will see how a Smart Jig, careful squeegeeing, and using the Wire Wheel to remove bubbles help prevent blowoffs, plus simple edge masking to protect polished surfaces. Finally, we blast on the CrystalBlast Elite 3.0 to achieve a deep first pass for crisp stage-carved detail, then add a fast, light second pass on the backside to create an even frosted finish that makes the artwork and text stand out.
