Описание: The Regional Workshop on Strengthening Conflict Early Warning and Early Response (EWER) Systems/Mechanisms to Prevent and Counter Violent Extremism (PCVE) held 14-16 October 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya was enabled by the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through the Korean Development Agency (KOICA) and brought together experts from the National and local Conflict Early Warning and Early Response (CEWERU’s), government Ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Interior from Kenya, National Counter terrorism Centre (NCTC) National Steering Committee on Peacebuilding and Conflict Management (NSC/CEWERU Kenya)National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC), Inter Religious Council of Kenya (IRCK) researchers and community-level organizations involved in EWER mainly from Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan and also selected participants from other IGAD Member States.
