I'm Building a Zombie RTS Where the Army Actually Wins

Описание: Most zombie games put you on the ground. This one puts you in command. I'm building a zombie RTS where your job is to stop the outbreak, not survive it.
As a solo dev working in Godot 4, I'm documenting the whole process — the design decisions, the dead ends, and the moments when something works better than expected. This is the first episode. The prototype has a working game loop, procedurally generated maps, and emergent behaviour already appearing from simple rules.
It's not finished. It's not perfect. But it's real, and it's being built in public.
