🥔 Ingredients
For Katori (bowl):
• 2 boiled potatoes
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
For Filling:
• ½ cup boiled chickpeas (chole)
• 1 boiled potato (chopped)
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 small tomato (chopped)
• ½ cup yogurt (dahi)
• Tamarind chutney
• Green chutney
• Sev
• Chaat masala
• Coriander leaves

👨🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Make the Katori
1. Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add cornflour and salt.
3. Mix and make a soft dough.
4. Take small balls and press them around the back of a small steel bowl (to shape like a cup).
5. Deep fry in oil until golden and crispy.
6. Remove and let them cool.
2️⃣ Prepare Filling
1. In a bowl mix chickpeas, potato, onion, tomato.
2. Add salt and chaat masala.
3️⃣ Assemble the Chaat
1. Take the crispy katori.
2. Add the filling mixture.
3. Pour yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney.
4. Top with sev and coriander.
