Warrior commission denies Church International's rezoning request

Описание: In a unanimous vote, the Warrior Planning and Zoning Commission denied Church's International zoning request for lots of land on Poplar Street. The church requested the land to be rezoned for agricultural instead of an institution. The site of the land is where the old Warrior School used to stand.

More than 70 residents showed up to the meeting at City Hall, the crowd overflowed into the hallway. Many residents came ready to ask their questions and voice their concerns on the usage of the land and its owners. Some residents brought up the allegations against the congregation's founders, Robin D. Bullock and Robin R. Bullock, concerning money.
