InFrame: "MOMO's CHICKEN SOUP"
Recipe:
(i) Take the following ingredients and pressure cook for 3 whistles-
• Chicken (300 gms)
• Onion diced (1 big)
• Garlic (6-7 cloves)
• Ginger diced (15-20 gm)
• Butter (20 gm)
• Black Pepper Powder (½ tbsp)
• Salt (as per taste)
• Water (1½ cup)
(ii) Remove from heat and mix 1 tbsp Corn Starch with 2 tbsp soup and add it back, in order to thicken the soup.
(iii) Heat again and serve with Momos.
