How to Add Feathers to Your Garment and Get a Designer Look For Less

Описание: Hello everyone. In this video, I will show you how I made the flattering Stretch Velvet Pullover Top with Ostrich Feathers. It was inspired by a beautiful designer top. The feathers are the statement element of the garment. I will show you how I attached these gorgeous feathers to the sleeve. The top is easy and fun to make. It is a show-stopper and a head-turner and easy to wear.
I used my built-up neckline pattern that's easy to draft for this top.
