Foil Surf Flight Camp

This camp is designed to get beginner/intermediate foil sup surfers confidently flying and progressing in foil surfing ocean sessions.

With 10+ years of local wave knowledge, we’ll put you in some of the best waves in the world for learning to sup foil surf.

On-water coaching and video analysis will help you learn to foil surf in a fun and safe environment.

We provide select safety gear and foil surf set ups for demo. We do highly recommend guests bring their own foil gear for maximum improvement and progression during their time with us. Camps are all-inclusive. Show up to the Liberia, Costa Rica airport and we'll take care of the rest!

Progression Foil Surf Camp

Confidently foil surfing at home? This camp is for the guest looking to take their sup foil surfing to the next level and explore amazing foil surfing locations.

Learn to complete frontside and backside foil surf turns, pump back out to the next wave and draw more creative lines in the surf.

Through our proven method of on-water coaching and video analysis, you’ll see huge progress during your week with us.

Bring your own gear or rent our top-quality equipment. Camps are all-inclusive. Show up to the Liberia, Costa Rica airport and we'll take care of the rest!

We’ve spent nearly two decades surfing, kitesurfing and SUP racing at the highest levels while learning from the best athletes in the sport.

Foil surfing is our latest addiction and we can’t believe the amount of stoke it’s been bringing us.

From our experience running surf camps at Blue Zone SUP, we’ve created a detailed coaching program for each foil surfing skill and technique.

Foot position, catching the wave, posture, wave approach and paddling technique are a few of the important skills we break down and coach our foil surf guests through.

On-water coaching and video analysis combine with our formula of progressive foil surf coaching to help you improve faster and have more fun than learning on your own, or anywhere else.

We believe in quality one-on-one coaching with minimal crowds in the water. This allows us to maximize your progression and enjoyment with us.

Safety is our number one priority. Helmet and pads are provided for all foil surfing guests. Learning to foil surf is fun and safe if done with professional instruction in the right setting.
