Описание: In this video, Dr. Sam Schroetke of Physical Therapy & Hand Clinic demonstrates The Classic Exercise for Neck Pain - Cervical Retraction. This exercise is a staple an any physical therapy practice because it can be very effective for treating neck, shoulder, mid-back and shoulder blade pain.

Perform 10-15 reps every 2-3 hours, or as needed for pain.

Check with your physical therapist or physician before performing this exercise to make sure that it is appropriate for you.
