The presentation looks at the role of conflict resolution in workplace wellbeing: preventing interpersonal conflict that could lead to stress, sickness, and absenteeism.
We have long known that, when left unchecked, workplace disputes can significantly harm employees' mental wellbeing. And, as pressure grows on organisations to prioritise staff safety and welfare, we have seen an uptick in the number beginning to use mediation as a preventative measure.
This presentation, hosted by our CEO, Dr Mike Talbot, draws on UK Mediation's experience and advises on how mediation can be implemented into organisations' welfare procedures.
