Removing and replacing a rear suspension arm on a Mondeo hatchback. This is the 'tie bar' link that runs lengthwise from the knuckle to the chassis but the principles are similar for the others.
You will need...
New replacement part(s)
Set of decent sockets & bars and other assorted tools as shown in the video.

Medium strength threadlocker (e.g. Loctite 243 [blue]). Amazon US: http://amzn.to/2DN3Upv | UK: http://amzn.to/2mTuVAv
N.b.: If you disturb alignment adjustment parts the car will need a new alignment after.
