So this is the La Marzocco Linea Classic this is the one group configuration. The Linea Classic is really the kind of foundation of the entire La Marzocco product line. This is designed by Piero Bambi the son of one of La Marzocco’s founders Giuseppe Bambi released in 1989. This is really the development of the the dual boiler technology from the La Marzocco GS on the GS2. This had some features designed a little bit more for American market with the enclosed group. This is the La Marzocco EE configuration - semi automatic on/off mechanical steam, this machine is the total work horse. It’s simple, durable not a lot of bells and whistles but it's very reliable. We've seen La Marzocco Lineas in the field of 20 - 25 years old still going. I feel like it's a true testament to the La Marzocco durability.
