Описание: A man has petitioned Supreme Court of India to try a woman who allegedly promised him marriage, obtained his consent on that premise but then dumped him because he was from a low caste & not enough qualified for her, for CHEATING saying that the crime is gender neutral and he can't be left remediless in such a situation just because he's a man. I discuss details of the case, questions asked by petitioner to the Supreme Court & grounds on which this SLP has been filed. This case titled *Meghna Bhatt S vs State & Another" was accepted by district judge, anticipatory bail of the girl was rejected, but eventually High Court of Karnataka quashed the FIR. This man has challenged that quashing with this petition.
