“Waiting For Love” is the third single off Avicii’s second LP Stories, the song released in the US on May 22, and in the UK on June 7. Avicii previewed the song live alongside co-producer Martin Garrix at Ultra Music Festival.

The vocalist of the song is the lead singer of band Cherry Ghost, Simon Aldred. The song talks about the singers' character desperately waiting and trying to find somebody to love. The song’s music video features an elderly man with dementia who goes out on a journey to seek out his lost wife.

The song is extremely successful and peaked at #1 in Austria, Belgium, Norway, and Sweden. In addition to that, it peaked at #13 in Germany, #15 in Italy, #37 in Spain and #41 in the UK.
