Otomatik Patates Dikim Makinesi (Potato Planter,Super Automatic - Two Rows)

Описание: Makine üç nokta askı düzeni ile traktöre bağlanır. Dikim için önceden hazırlanmış olan tohumlar depoya doldurulur. Depodaki patates yumruları iki bölmeden, üzerinde iki sıra metal çukur tabaklar bulunan konveyör zincir ile otomatik olarak tabaklara alınır. Konveyör zincirin dönü hareketi ile tohumlar yukarı taşınır. Taşıma esnasında tabaklara fazla gelen tohumlar depoya geri düşürülür. Tabaklarda tek kalan tohumlar dikici ayağın açmış olduğu yatağa bırakılır. İlaçlama sistemli modelimiz tercih edildiğinde dikim esnasında tohum ilaçlamasıda yapılır. Bırakılan tohumların üzeri kulaklı çizi kapatıcı ayaklar yardımıyla kapatılarak dikim işlemi gerçekleşir.

The machine is connected to a tractor through a three – point hitch mechanism. Seeds prepared in advance for plantation are filled into the storage. The potato tubers inside the storage are automatically taken by conveyor chain with two rows of metal hollow pots on. The conveyor chain carries the seeds upper part. While carrying process, if the seeds are too much on the hollow pots, they are dpopped back from the pots to the storage. The seeds on the pots are dropped to the beds opened by planter tine. When the model with seed dressing system is prefered, while the planting process, seed are dressed at the same time. Plantation is completed by covering the dropped seeds with the help of furrow closing moldboard tines.
