✨ 关于食材小贴士：
1️⃣咖喱末（Curry Paste) 是多种香料粉的混合，通常可以在香料专卖档或传统市场买到。告诉老板你要做咖喱酱，他们都会帮你配好。
2️⃣没有自己打碎的辣椒干也没关系，市售的 Chilli Boh 在超市或巴刹都很容易买到，省时又方便！

Today my mom is sharing a traditional yet simple recipe for curry paste/oil, a comforting flavour from our hometown.
It's commonly enjoyed with glutinous rice, char siu (BBQ pork), or used as a base to cook curry chicken and curry pork ribs and if you add it to some broth, and you’ll have a bowl of classic Malaysian curry noodles.

✨ Ingredient Tips:
1️⃣ Curry paste is a blend of various spices. You can usually get it from spice stalls or traditional markets. Just tell the seller you’re making curry paste — they’ll know how to mix it for you.
2️⃣ If you don’t have your own ground dried chilies, don’t worry! You can use store-bought Chilli Boh, which is available at most supermarkets or wet markets. Super convenient!
