CALISTHENICS FOR BEGINNERS - HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR STRAIGHT ARM STRENGTH. This video shows some of my favourite exercises to help improve your straight arm strength (statics). I always do statics before my actual pushing/pulling workout as they take the most energy out of myself and im more focused on the quality of each set so concentration and high energy levels are key. Main points to take away.. Include some sort of straight arm work into your training. Protract/retract, point elbow pits facing forward, keep the core tight and tense everywhere.Comment on what you think about the video and whether you want to see more of these videos or any other suggestions will help so I can make better content for you guys!
