Ingredients for Ghevar
=============================

Ghevar -
Refined flour (मैदा) - 1 cup (250 gms)
Ice cubes 5/6Besan 1 tbsp
Milk (दूध)- 1/2 cup
Ghee (घी)- 1/2 cup (60 gms)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ghee (घी) - For frying

Syrup/Chasni -
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 cup (250 gms)
Water /pani - 1 cup
Pinch of Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

Rabri -
Milk (दूध)- 1 Litre
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom (इलाएची) - 5 to 6 (powder)
Saffron Strands (केसर के धागे) - 15 to 20
Almonds (बादाम) - 8 to 10 (finely chopped)
Pistachios (पिस्ते ) - 10 to 15 (finely chopped)
Cuddapah almond (Chironji) - 1 tbsp
Kharbooj Mingi - 1 tbsp
