LED lights have traditionally been great for indoor use and in conditions where it's darker. Overpowering the sun has always been something that only traditional strobes could manage.
Rotolight has been pushing the boundaries of what LED's can do, especially since they are the only professional level LED light that can fire HSS strobe.
Jason had the opportunity to join the Rotolight team for a shoot on a Lightship in London, and did so on a day that was uncharacteristically sunny. This gave him the chance to see if the new Anova Pro 2 could shoot in mid day sun.
