An extra 100 tactical police officers and specialist search dogs from Queensland are joining the hunt for Dezi Freeman, the main suspect in the killing of two police officers at Porepunkah in Victoria's north-east.
Victoria Police has confirmed it is continuing to focus its efforts in the Mount Buffalo National Park. There have been no reported sightings of Mr Freeman since the deadly shootings six weeks ago.
