This gentle, guided breathwork session is designed to help calm your nervous system and bring you back to centre — using science-backed techniques that are soothing, safe, and easy to practise.
🌿 What you’ll experience:
• Breath awareness to anchor your attention
• Extended exhale breathing (4–6 pattern)
• Straw breathing (pursed lips) to calm the vagus nerve
• Gentle prompts for body awareness and nervous system settling
This practice is perfect if you:

✨ Want a reset after a long day
✨ Need a moment of stillness but don’t know where to start
No breath holds, no force — just quiet regulation through the breath.
