I, a picky American, tried escargot for the very first time at the historic 1875 Grand Cafe Capucines in Paris, France. The Parisian restaurant opened in 1875 alongside the Palais Garnier on the Grands Boulevards, it was a great stop after a long drive from Lucerne, Switzerland to Paris!
