Northern Downhill Chopwell Funduro
9th February 2025
Riding my Mondraker Super Foxy
The race uses 3 stages that you do 2 race runs on and the total time of all 6 is your result.
The stages a physical and need your full attention because the smallest of error cost you a lot of time.
Stage 3 hill climb cost me in both race runs but made it entertaining 😂
I finished 1st 🥇 in the 40 - 49 category
And 19th out of 172 overall.
Big thanks to Carl and the NDH crew / marshals for putting on the event in the cold and wet northeast weather 👍🏻👍🏻
