The Energy Consortium – IIT Madras, in collaboration with the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, presents an expert talk by Dr. Munib Amin, Managing Director – Research & Technology, E.ON Group Innovation GmbH.
This session examines the key challenges shaping Europe’s energy transition, including the shift towards distributed and digitised energy systems, integration of renewables, system resilience, workforce constraints, and the growing role of digitalisation and automation.
Set against the backdrop of the India–EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA), the talk also highlights emerging opportunities for India to scale its presence in Europe’s high-value energy and technology markets through long-term, predictable partnerships.
