Officer (CGO) of Adanian Labs, a #tech venture studio for #African start-
ups. A former Ms Tanzania, her beautiful looks may initially draw your
attention to her. However, her mind and her heart are what will keep you for
a lifetime.
Irene has not had an easy road in Life. She says she has always been on the
side road, never the main one, contrary to perceptions. Surviving a tough and
horrible childhood in the hands of an evil stepmother, who was Japanese.
She has overcome obstacles that would embitter and paralyse many, to
become an extraordinarily inspirational business leader. Irene is passionate
about Africans being active and drivers of economies in the 4th and 5th
Industrial Revolution. “We need to act, think, be and evolve in a borderless
Africa.”
