Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Peanuts – 8 nos (fried or non fried)
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Cumin powder – ¼ tbsp
Pepper powder – ½ tbsp
Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil
FOR CHUTNEY
Coconut – ½ of 1
Roasted Bengal gram – 1 ½ tbsp
Green chilly- to taste
Ginger – 1 small piece
FOR SEASONING THE CHUTNEY
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
Onion OR Shallot – a little, finely chopped
Curry leaves
Dried red chilies – if available
