TCP is one of the most commonly used protocols on the internet. The ability to quantify the health of a TCP connection can help us estimate the quality of experience (QoE) of many applications which use the protocol. These applications can be web apps running over HTTP or remote desktop apps used for screen sharing. In this talk, the speaker discusses a new method for measuring the performance of a TCP connection over a WiFi network.
