Sharing our latest travel experience while flying from Dumaguete to Manila, with a 7-hr layover in Cebu. As of January 6, 2022, no requirements were asked from us on all of our respective departures and arrivals in Sibulan Airport, Mactan-Cebu International Airport and NAIA Terminal 3. But please always check with the LGU of your destination for a more updated list of requirements & travel guidelines.
