This Beetroot Hummus is creamy, colorful, and packed with flavor 🌸
Made with roasted (or boiled) beets, chickpeas, garlic, and lemon, this hummus is naturally high in fiber, plant-based, and perfect for healthy snacking or weight-loss meals.
It's smooth, vibrant, and a fun twist on classic hummus — great for dipping veggies, spreading on wraps, or serving at parties.

🥙 Ingredients:
– 1 medium cooked beetroot
– 1 cup Chickpeas (boiled/canned)
– 1-2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tbsp Lemon juice
– 1 tbsp Tahini (or no-tahini option)
– Salt & cumin
– 2-3 Ice Cubes (to blend)
-- 1 tsp Olive Oil (optional)
Garnish:
-- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Seeds
-- 1 tbsp Feta Cheese
-- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
-- 1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped
Instruction:
1. You can boil, roast, or microwave the beets.
2. Remove the skin from chickpeas and place them in a food processor.
3. Add cooked beets, garlic, lemon juice, Tahini, salt, and cumin powder, and olive oil (optional).
4. Blend until smooth and creamy. you can also add ice cubes for blending.
5. Once blended, transfer in a bowl.
6. Garnish with pomegrante seeds, feta cheese, cilantro, and chopped pistachios.
