Uzair Baloch, the head of the banned Peoples Amn Committee (PAC) and "Lyari's most wanted", while talking to Express News on Thursday, said that he will not surrender to the police.
But, he added, that he will surrender to the Rangers "only on one condition, that they should investigate themselves".
