Topher kicks things off with a slice he thinks looks like an animal, sparking a fun debate before moving on to highlight the beauty and diversity of lunar specimens. Viewers will see everything from dark feldspathic breccias to aqueously altered material from Libya, plus fragmental breccias and a rare troctolite that may soon be officially recognized in the Meteoritical Bulletin.

Patreon Supporter Dr. Chris shares a fragmental breccia with a texture reminiscent of a Jackson Pollock painting, while Patreon Supporter Chris N.—one of the newer members of the Knowledge Bolide Crew—presents a 3-gram troctolitic melt breccia containing olivine and plagioclase, materials similar to Apollo mission samples. This is Chris N.’s first time presenting a meteorite during a recorded Show & Tell, making it a special debut.
